What we are looking for:

We need energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join the powder-coating team in Sidney to assist with the powder coating facility that specializes in aluminum and other metals.

What you will be doing:

• Coating of products as per work orders and inspection.
• Preparation of products prior to coating.
• Perform general shop duties.

Your Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in a powder coating environment will be an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

• Have the mathematical aptitude to weigh and mix powder.
• Be able to identify our standard colors by glance.
• Be able to follow instructions and willing to be coached.
• Be able to wear half/full faced mask and other required PPE
• Demonstrate good physical strength.
• Be able to work in hot conditions.
• Be able to read work orders and scheduling.

Education and licenses:

• Grade 12 or equivalent preferred.

Pay and Benefits Summary:

• An hourly salary from $26-$30 per hour.
• 40 hours per week, 10 hours per day, Monday to Thursday.
